Stay Away from this school at all costs
Planes are old, most instruments don’t work, always breaking down. I was told to overlook issues with the planes that were against regulations, and fly them. If I refused, I was yelled at and scolded for it. I was afraid to write down any discrepancies because i would get scolded for grounding a plane. Price for old beat up 1978 Cessna 152 is $130, and a 1998 Cessna 172 was $160! An Indian guy now owns the business and once you go there, he will make up charges that you owe him, and raise the prices on the planes even more.
Horrible School!!
Went to FFTC from the Netherlands as the owner Arne Kruithof is Dutch. Prices very high. Planes old and nothing works. FAA was always grounding and doing ramp checks on the planes. Had 2 instructors, and they were lazy and rude. Arne would teach me the FAA rules, and then I would see him break them all the time. I went to naples to finish my training. Please do not go to this school. He gives us Dutch a bad name.
