Pacific Aviation or just PAA is owned by an east-Indian fellow who has come to Canada as he FAILED to accomplish anything is his own land. He has learned that contracts can get him cash. He targets little kids and gives them candy (of death), makes promises he can’t keep and always a DEAL. He has a very good staff who are always willing to help students anything. The quality and standard of training is definitely to the Canadian standard.
