Our pilots need to be flexible, to be good managers and be able to prioritise and make good decisions under pressure. Therefore, leadership and good communication skills are essential qualities. Once we receive your application, we will acknowledge that we have received it. Our selection process includes a review of your application, followed by interview, aptitude testing and simulator assessment. .
CityJet, a truly European airline, is headquartered in Dublin, and has offices in Antwerp and London, with staff residing across Europe, in Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, The United Kingdom and Ireland. A subsidiary of one of the largest airlines in the world, the Air France KLM Group, CityJet bought Belgian airline VLM in 2007. With a combined fleet of 38 aircraft comprising Avro RJ85 and Fokker 50 aircraft, the airline operates a total of more than 680 weekly flights all over Europe throughout its entire network. CityJet employ 200 pilots and over 300 cabin crew and complete hundreds of training courses every year. As part of one of the biggest Airline groups in the world, we set the highest internal standards to ensure our daily operations run smoothly and safely.
