The Best of The best This school rocks. They have some of the best Instructors ever. All of which are well educated themselves. They are so interested in you the person. We can sit down with anyone in the School and talk about any subject.
The instructors encourage you to call them anytime for help. There Aircraft are well maintained. They offer many Ground School classes. Having been in the company of everyone at PREMIER I have to say stop in and see what you have been missing.

Unprofessional Rude, incompetent, unprofessional staff.
They always argue about money and they always talk about it like you’re trying to steal from them.
No respect for you as a customer. I have been literally told “I don’t care if you’re not happy”.
Good rates but old planes.
Facilities are close to being ridiculous and inappropriate
Instructors are good but push for too much ground school because they want you to pay more.

not bad but needs improvement Skymates has its pluses and minuses.
Their aircraft scheduling is easy, plenty of aircraft to utilize, the people behind the counter are very friendly. The minuses are their computer equipment seems to cause them to be task intensive, anything from printing an invoice, getting on schedule, etc. It would be a zoo at times and a 30 min wait to pay your bill or check out a plane is not rare. The PC used to get weather was way slow and many times useless.
Their one Seminole aircraft always had something broken in it, mostly avionics and no matter how many times it was sqwaked they wouldn’t fix it unless it was something easy like replacing a light.The plane flew for months with one of the engine fuel pressure gages dropping to zero in mid flight, so everybody flew with the fuel pump on, eventually the fuel pump broke too.
The flight instructor was always talking too fast and too quiet and when asked to repeat wouldn’t slow down. But I’ve heard good things about the other instructors. It’s a hit or miss. But all in all I would recommend it over other schools in the area.

Sunstate Aviation - CFI program I attened their two week CFI program and thought it was the best way to earn my rating. I always send my friends there for training.

Got my PVT there, won’t do my instrument there! Watch out for these guys and their “phase checks”, they don’t trust their instructors so they make you pay for extra lessons where you go out with another instructor and they “phase check” you. I spent an extra 500 bucks on that nonsense!
There owner is pretty cool, good guy, but there are some rude ignorant staff at this place that aren’t knowledgable about the regs, but try to impose their will on you anyway.
They seem to get most of their business from the local college, so I guess that’s why they figure they can be so rude to people (lots of “captive” customers).
Rental is expensive, watch out for the fuel surcharge, they don’t advertise that. The planes aren’t all that good, spent a lot of time trying to find a plane with everything working on it, much better fleet for the same price at Bedford.

Almost get what they say Flight training in here is done usually by students who completed here (couple of months ago).
But u got the chance to change them any time u want. No hidden cost as far what i see. Best multi time(BE_76). Housing at the campus is Good.
